Do you guarantee that my timeshare can be sold?
No. Resale value and buyer demand vary by brand, resort, ownership type, points, season, usage availability, maintenance fees, loan balance, and market conditions. No sale, price, timeline, transfer approval, developer surrender, or developer decision can be guaranteed.
Do you charge upfront fees?
No. There is no upfront fee to request an ownership review. If you choose to move forward with a resale, rental, transfer, or other option, commission, closing costs, title/escrow fees, resort transfer fees, estoppel fees, maintenance fee reimbursements, or other third-party costs may apply and will be disclosed in the applicable written agreement.
What if my timeshare has little or no resale value?
If resale does not appear viable, we may suggest other options such as contacting the resort, developer, or management company about surrender or deed-back programs, reviewing rental possibilities, or exploring lawful transfer options.

Does submitting the form create a listing agreement?
No. Submitting the form does not create a listing agreement, brokerage relationship, agency relationship, attorney-client relationship, or obligation to sell. Any listing or brokerage relationship must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
Can you help if I still owe money on the ownership?
